Top notch in every way. Fantastic room/suite, separate "living room" with couch, TV; great bed. Good-sized mini-fridge, built in microwave, even included some dishes. Wonderful hot breakfast.

There was an event being held there and some remodeling which required the breakfast to be moved, but it was all convenient and no problem. They offered a wide selection of hot breakfast items which were tasty and excellent served by attentive staff who continually resupplied items with fresh ones. The beds were hard and the rooms were worn looking, could use a fresh coat of paint, but room size, layout and kitchen area were very good.
